Parks Developer is a research-grade DMAG agent that turns a project brief into a fully-cited, multi-format park study: it validates concepts against Dubai Municipality standards, benchmarks against international best-in-class precedents (via Claude's built-in web search), composes ultra-creative concept variants with photoreal boards, models CAPEX/OPEX, and assembles the whole thing into an HTML presentation deck — also exported as PDF and DOCX. The agent's knowledge base is curated through an agentic ingestion pipeline: every uploaded standard, reference report, site dossier, persona, or skill is read by a Claude session, extracted into atomic facts, and embedded for retrieval — lossless, citation-preserving, and queryable in seconds.
